Joyce Wilkerson, LPC, RPT-S, SPE
I’m honored to have partnered with hundreds of women, children and families as they’ve navigated challenges, experienced greater peace, grown in confidence and enjoyed healthier relationships. I provide evidence-based support for a range of concerns, including a strong focus on anxiety and stress—issues that are increasingly common across all age groups. In addition to working with adults, I’ve devoted myself to understanding the unique world of children and teens, connecting with them where they are and implementing approaches in which they grow in resiliency, confidence, emotional regulation, and social, academic and life skills. I also have specialized training specific to ADHD (children and adults). I love to partner with parents, caregivers and foster parents to build on existing strengths and increase connection, healthy attachment, and peace within the family. Years of personal and professional experiences led me to further specialize in the areas of trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss (children and adults). There is hope for meaningful change.
